Refund policy

At Tabimashi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was not received after 60 days


1) Return Your Order for a Full Refund

You may return your order and receive a full refund within 15 days after receiving your socks. To request a return, please email info@tabimashi.com with your order number and return request.


2) Product Damaged During Shipping

If your socks arrive damaged, please email info@tabimashi.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

We will review your request and send a replacement pair at no additional cost.


3) Wrong Product Delivered

If you received the wrong socks, please email info@tabimashi.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Details about the item you received

We will quickly arrange to send the correct product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


4) Product Not Received After 60 Days

If your order has not arrived after 60 days from the shipping date, it may have been lost in transit. In this case, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Please note:

  • Refunds cannot be issued before 60 days, as postal delays may occur.

  • Customs processing may occasionally hold packages for up to 6 weeks.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
